Learn more at Sitecore.com About the Role: We are looking for a Head of Legal Operations to lead Legal Operations for Sitecore’s global Legal team. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building and improving how legal teams work. You will help shape the systems, processes, tools, and reporting that enable Legal to scale effectively with the business.

Working closely with Legal leadership and cross-functional partners, you will drive operational excellence across legal service delivery, legal technology, outside counsel management, knowledge infrastructure, and continuous improvement. This role is based in London and is ideal for someone who combines strong operational execution with good judgment, a practical mindset, and enthusiasm for building a modern, tech-enabled legal function.

What You’ll Do: Lead Legal Operations for a global Legal team and help set priorities, drive execution, and improve how Legal supports the business. Design and improve scalable legal processes, workflows, and intake models to drive efficiency, consistency, and visibility. Own and evolve
