As an essential contributor to our mission of transforming healthcare, you'll play a leading role in building AI-driven solutions that directly influence clinical research and, ultimately, improve patient care. We’ve already deployed multiple AI use cases in production, and your skills will be crucial in pushing the boundaries of healthcare AI. 💊 Responsibilities In this role, you'll take on complex challenges that will stretch your abilities and creativity: Choose and orchestrate the right models to process and analyze multimodal data Design and implement cutting-edge RAG techniques to efficiently handle large medical documents and patient histories Build agentic systems to revolutionize key aspects of drug development such as patient recruitment or site selection Work closely with cross-functional teams (software engineers, product managers, data engineers) to seamlessly integrate AI into our platform Implement robust and scalable pipelines that meet production-grade engineering standards Here are some examples of projects you might work on: Our prescreening tool: an app relying on the latest reasoning models and visual RAG to accelerate patient recruitment.
