Swarm Aero is redefining air power, building the largest swarming UAV and the most versatile swarming aircraft network in the world. The company is moving quickly to launch the first aircraft designed specifically for swarming, as well as the Command & Control software to mobilize swarms of thousands of heterogeneous autonomous assets and empower human operators to achieve superhuman results.

The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. The Role Right now our factories are floor plans, early equipment, and a handful of people who've done this before. In a few years they need to produce aircraft at rate. You'll help find everyone in between.

You'll be a core part of our manufacturing hiring across two sites: our Oxnard HQ and a new facility in Northwest Arkansas. Early on, that means landing the few people who set the foundation. Later, it means scaling fast without lowering the bar. When manufacturing hiring is lighter, you'll flex to support other teams across the company, so you'll never be short on work or on range.
