We're looking for an experienced implementation, delivery or technical operations lead to own delivery after a contract is signed — and to play a central role in working out what actually makes our product work for customers. This one is for you if: You'd rather build the playbook than wait for one to exist You get real satisfaction from being the person people can count on — customers and colleagues alike Making a genuinely complex, technical product work in the real world, on a factory floor and not just a slide deck, sounds like a good problem to have Every factory should be as easy to redesign as a CAD file.

RIIICO scans real production floors and turns the raw point cloud into a structured, living model of the plant — machines, robots and infrastructure recognised by AI, matched to CAD, usable directly in the engineering tools our customers already run. Line changes that used to take months of manual work now take days. We're seed-funded, backed by Earlybird, PiLabs and seed + speed, with angels including Joe Kaeser, former CEO of Siemens.

Team: two application engineers report to you directly, and you steer our data delivery team, which has its own manager and five people. Start: as soon as you can. Tasks You'll own the entire post-sale delivery, from signed deal to a customer who's live, confident and getting real value. Our customers are enterprise manufacturers, so the accounts you own are complex and technically demanding from day one.

As an early hire there's no existing playbook — expect to blend hands-on implementation, delivery operations and testing product-market-fit hypotheses directly with customers. Own the post-sale journey, from handover through to stable, value-delivering adoption Build the adoption framework for enterprise accounts, and define what "first value" means Keep a current view of every account: check-ins, early risk signals, retention plans Handle escalations yourself, at both operational and management level Own the Sales-to-delivery handover and keep capacity visible and realistic Develop the lightweight processes that make delivery repeatable as patterns emerge Lead and develop your team, and shape how Delivery is structured as we grow Test the product-market-fit hypotheses Sales brings back, and feed findings into Product and Go-To-Market What this looks like in your first six months: Months 1–2 — run two live enterprise implementations yourself, end to end, so you know where the product and the process actually break
