We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. Role Summary We are looking for a Labour Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal team. Reporting to our Lead Labour & Employment law, you will provide labour law expertise and play a pivotal role in harmonizing our labour law practices across Mistral AI’s global footprint.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience, including relevant experience in a multinational company, with a strong background in French labour law and a deep understanding of the labour challenges faced by a fast-growing worldwide company. In this role, you will serve as the legal liaison for Mistral’s HR teams and collaborate with Legal teams and local external counsels worldwide to ensure compliance, consistency, and best practices in all labour-related matters.

French Labour Law Expertise Provide practical, hands-on legal advice on individual and collective employee relationships, working closely with HR to implement solutions ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, and advise on employment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with French legal requirements and Mistral AI’s global policies Advise on collective representation matters, including CSE and associated employee representative bodies, ensuring constructive dialogue and legal compliance Global Labour Law Compliance & Cross-border Compliance Actively collaborate with HR and local counsels to balance local legal requirements with operational efficiency, while respecting cultural and legal nuances Provide guidance on cross-border employment issues, including secondments, remote work, and international mobility, ensuring seamless integration with local requirements and evolving workforce needs Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in labour law across key jurisdictions (France, US
